A button of ca. 1 cm diameter, round. It is made entirely of tin, on a stem. Weight ca. 3g. It is based on a brass button found in Karl¹tejn castle in Czech Republic.

Button is an element of clothes for fastening. But also as decorative piece of shirt or dress. First written information about button in Middle Ages are from XII century but author reckon them as having no value. This opinion possibly concerned wooden ones or made of bones.
